Guest guest Posted June 3, 2002 Report Share Posted June 3, 2002 Basic Quinoa 2 cups water 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup quinoa, rinsed to remove bitterness Bring water and salt to a boil. Add rinsed quinoa. Cover and cook on low for about 18 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
