Fried Rice

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup water

1/4 teaspoon garlic -- minced

1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger -- grated

6 cups cauliflower -- A mixture of cauliflower, broccoli,

scallions, carrots, bean sprouts, zucchini, etc.

3 cups cooked brown rice

1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium (wheat free if necessary)

 

Place the water, garlic, and ginger in a large pot or wok.

 

Heat to boiling. Add all the vegetables and cook, stirring frequently,

until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 10 minutes.

 

Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Mix well and heat through

before

serving.
