Serves 4 1 1/2 Black beans, canned 1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced 1 1/2 teaspoon Cumin 2 Tablespoons Mild green chiles, chopped (canned) 1/2 cup Tofutti sour cream (or make your own with Vance's) 1 teaspoon Cilantro, chopped Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until just blended.
