Kabob Sauce

 

1 1/2 cups tomato puree

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

3 Tbsp. soy sauce, unfermented (Bragg's Aminos - soy)

2 Tbsp. honey (or alternative)

1/8 tsp. garlic powder

2 Tbsp. pineapple juice

 

Mix well together in bowl. Marinate tofu or vegetables in kabob sauce before

grilling.

 

Yield: 2 cups
