Guest guest Posted May 28, 2002 Report Share Posted May 28, 2002 Vegetable-Stir-NO-Fry Source: The Foster's Favorites 1 cup onions 3/4 cup diced carrots 2 cups diced summer squash 2 Tbsp. Bragg's Liquid Aminos salt to taste 1/4 cup tomatoes 1 - 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. onion granules 1 tsp. chicken-style seasoning 2 tsp. dill weed Combine all ingredients in a non-stick fry pan and cook with small amount of water until done. Serve hot over rice. NOTE: Other vegetables may also be used such as edible pod peas, green beans, broccoli, eggplant or asparagus.
