Vegetable-Stir-NO-Fry

Source: The Foster's Favorites

 

1 cup onions

3/4 cup diced carrots

2 cups diced summer squash

2 Tbsp. Bragg's Liquid Aminos

salt to taste

1/4 cup tomatoes

1 - 2 tsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. onion granules

1 tsp. chicken-style seasoning

2 tsp. dill weed

 

Combine all ingredients in a non-stick fry pan and cook with small amount of

water until done. Serve hot over rice.

 

NOTE: Other vegetables may also be used such as edible pod peas, green beans,

broccoli, eggplant or asparagus. Contents can vary depending upon what you have

in your garden (or available at the Farmer's Market).
