Guest guest Posted May 28, 2002 Report Share Posted May 28, 2002 Gourmet Millet Balls Source: The Foster's Favorites (adapted to gf by me) 2 cups soaked, drained soybeans 1/2 cup water 1 medium onion 1 1/2 cups cooked millet 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1 cup seasoned gf bread crumbs (make by whizzing dried gf bread in blender with fresh herbs) 1/2 cup slivered almonds 1/2 tsp. salt Whiz first three ingredients in blender. Combine blender mixture in a bowl with the remaining ingredients. Let stand 5 - 10 minutes. Form into balls. Roll in breading meal of your choice. Bake on lighlty oiled cookie sheet.
