Press top of waffle iron firmly to rice. Bake on high for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 1 - 9 X 9 " waffle. Variation: May use other cooked whole grains. Add dried fruit, nuts, or seeds to cooked cereal before baking.
