Guest guest Posted May 30, 2002 Report Share Posted May 30, 2002 Blueberry-Pineapple Topping Source: The Foster's Favorites 1 - 20 oz. can crushed, unsweetened pineapple 1 cup chopped dates 1 cup water, or fruit juice 2 cups blueberries Combine the pineapple, dates and water and simmer until dates are soft. If the mixture is too thin, mix 1 tsp. arrowroot with 1 Tbsp. water and stir into boiling mixture. Add blueberries and serve.
