Guest guest Posted May 30, 2002 Report Share Posted May 30, 2002 Jody's Ice Cream Source: The Foster's Favorites 1/2 cup raw cashews, cleaned 1/2 block silken tofu 1 cup cooked millet 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/3 cup honey (or alternative) 1 - 2 cups water 1 banana 1/4 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. lecithin 1/3 cup dates Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into shallow containers and freeze. Cut into strips 1 inch wide and push through a Champion Juicer.
