Guest guest Posted May 28, 2002 Report Share Posted May 28, 2002 Scrambled Tofu Source: The Foster's Favorites 1 package firm tofu 1/2 cup green onions, chopped 1/4 tsp. turmeric 1 tsp. onion granules 1 Tbsp. Bragg's Liquid Aminos (soy) 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. chicken-style seasoning 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes 1/2 tsp. marjoram 1/2 tsp. savory Drain and crumble the tofu into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Cook in a non-stick frying pan for 20 - 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Note: This is best if mixed, and let set a while before cooking to let the flavors blend.
