Guest guest Posted May 24, 2002 Report Share Posted May 24, 2002 Tomato-Lima Bean Soup 1 cup tomato paste 2 1/2 cups water 1/2 cup lima bean puree 1/2 cup soy milk 1 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. oil 1 tsp. chopped chives 1/4 tsp. celery salt Put water, tomato, lima beans and soy milk in blender or run lima beans through a sieve. Add salt, celery salt, oil, and chives. If too thick, add a little more water.
