Guest guest Posted May 24, 2002 Report Share Posted May 24, 2002 Corn Bread 1 package dry yeast 2 1/4 cup warm water 1 tsp. lecithin (soy) 3 Tbsp. oil 3 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 cup corn meal 1/2 cup potato flour 1/2 cup rice flour 1 tsp. salt Put yeast in warm water with lecithin. Beat well. Add sugar, oil and salt. Stir and beat in the flour and corn meal. Pour batter into a greased baking tin. Cover and let rise. When light and double in bulk, bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
