Guest guest Posted May 24, 2002 Report Share Posted May 24, 2002 Pecan-Maple Waffles 1 cup quinoa flour 1/4 cup pecans, ground fine 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 tsp. lecithin 1 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. oil 1/3 cup soy milk plus 2 Tbsp. 1 Tbsp. oil Beat lecithin into soy milk. Add salt, oil, maple syrup and stir well. Add pecans and quinoa flour. Beat well. Set aside for 15 minutes. Drop off spoonfuls onto hot waffle iron. These are crisp and good.
