Guest guest Posted May 21, 2002 Report Share Posted May 21, 2002 Fruit Soup 3 cups pineapple juice 3 cups apple juice 1/2 cup granulated tapioca 1 - 20 oz. can pineapple, chunks or crushed 1 cup chopped dried fruit 2 - 3 slices bananas 2 cups additional chopped fruit of choice Combine tapioca and juice. Lightly boil, stirring, until tapioca is clear. Add remaining ingredients. Chill. Any of the juices or fruits may be changed to fit your tastes.
