Guest guest Posted May 21, 2002 Report Share Posted May 21, 2002 Tofu Strawberry Trifle This smooth combination of cake, custard and fruit is a comforting finale to any springtime meal. 3 cups sliced strawberries Tofu Lemon cake, cut in 3/4 inch cubes Vanilla pudding Tofu whipped topping For a attractive presentation of your Tofu Strawberry Trifle, use a large clear glass bowl. Start by putting a layer of cake cubes on the bottom of the bowl. Pour 1/2 of the vanilla pudding over the cake. Next add 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries and repeat with another layer of cake, pudding and berries.
