Guest guest Posted May 21, 2002 Report Share Posted May 21, 2002 Three Bean Salad 1 - 15.5 oz. can kidney beans, drained 1 - 15.5. oz. can garbanzo beans, drained 1 - 15.5 oz. can green or waxed beans or a combination, drained 1/4 cup diced onion OR 1/2 cup chopped celery 3/4 cup sliced olives 1/4 cup lemon juice 3 Tbsp. sweetener of choice 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 3/4 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. diced pimento 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/4 cup water Stir vegetables and olives together. Combine lemon juice, water and seasonings together. Mix all ingredients together well. Chill several hours to blend flavors. Yield: 5 cups.
