Guest guest
Vanilla Pudding 2 cups water 2 Tbsp agar flakes 1 cup vanilla soymilk 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup maple syrup 2 Tbsp kuzu dissolved in 1/2 cup of water 1 Tbsp vanilla extract Pour 1 cup of water into a sauce pan. Sprinkle agar flakes over the water and allow to sit for 10 minutes, do not stir. Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat and cook until agar is dissolved. Add soymilk, another cup of water, salt and maple syrup to the pan and stir until smooth. Whisk in kuzu and cook until mixture comes to a boil, thickens and clears. Be sure to stir constantly so pudding does not burn. Cook for 2 minutes, remove from the heat and add vanilla. This pudding can be served as is or used in Tofu Strawberry Trifle recipe (coming soon). - Deborah Flowers --- | For the memory of the uncompromisingly righteous is a blessing, | | Proverbs 10:7a | ---
