Guest guest Posted May 20, 2002 Report Share Posted May 20, 2002 Nondairy Tofu Whipped Cream 1 cup tofu 4 Tbsp. oil 2 Tbsp. honey (or alternative) 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, preferably clear Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy.
