Guest guest Posted May 17, 2002 Report Share Posted May 17, 2002 French Carrot Salad 2 cups shredd carrots, course grate 1/4 cup currants, dried (may substitute raisins) 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/3 cup orange juice concentrate 1/4 cup oil Combine carrots, currants, lemon juice, orange juice, and oil.
