Guest guest Posted May 16, 2002 Report Share Posted May 16, 2002 Three Bean Loaf 1 can (1 lb.) garbanzo beans, drained 1 can (1 lb.) red kidney beans, drained 1 c. fresh green beans, cooked and chopped 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped 1 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (wheat free) 1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped 1 Tbsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. salt 1 egg substitute (binder) 1 Tbsp. peanut oil 3 Tbsp. soy flour 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce Combine and mash garbanzo and kidney beans. Add remaining ingredients except for tomato sauce. Add 3 oz. of the tomato sauce. Spoon mixture into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
