Guest guest Posted May 15, 2002 Report Share Posted May 15, 2002 Scrambled Tofu 1 lb. soft tofu, crumble or mash scant 1/4 cup tomato juice 2 rounded tsp. nutritional yeast (or Brewer's yeast) 2 tsp. McKay's Chicken-style seasoning (vegan variety w/o MSG) 1/2 tsp. onion salt scant 1/4 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. tofu milk powder (optional) Combine all ingredients in a skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
