Guest guest Posted May 14, 2002 Report Share Posted May 14, 2002 Lentil Nut Loaf 2 cups lentils, cooked 1 1/2 cups brown rice, cooked 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 cups onions, sauteed in water 1/2 cup celery, chopped 1 tsp. sage 1/2 tsp. marjoram Mix cooked lentils and rice in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes. Cover the dish while baking for the first 30 minutes.
