Guest guest Posted May 3, 2002 Report Share Posted May 3, 2002 Special Crepes 1 1/2 cups rice flour 1 1/2 cups coconut milk 1/8 tsp. turmeric 2 cups water 1/3 cup scallions 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil Mix all ingredients together.
