Guest guest Posted March 17, 2002 Report Share Posted March 17, 2002 Sugar-Free Hot Cocoa Source: Stevia - Nature's Sweet Secret 1 cup soymilk (or alternative) 1 Tbsp. pure cocoa or instant carob powder pinch stevia extract powder Slowly heat soymilk on stove. Do not boil! After hot, mix in powders and stir until smooth. Add a very small amount of stevia until desired sweetness is attained. A small amount of Sucanat can be added, as desired, for a more sugary taste.
