Guest guest Posted March 17, 2002 Report Share Posted March 17, 2002 Raw Tomato/Herb Soup (Hot or Chilled) Source: Stevia - Nature's Sweet Secret Puree in a blender or processor: 10 - 12 raw plum tomatoes, skinned (canned may also be used) 1/2 cup fresh herbs minced (choose one kind: basil, dill, parsley, or cilantro) 1/2 tsp. stevia extract (white powdered) 1 - 2 Tbsp. olive oil 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar (or lemon juice) 1 - 2 Tbsp. tamari or soy sauce Hot sup can be served with white or brown rice or as is garnished with a sprig of fresh herb. If chilled, garnish with fresh herbs, cayenne and chopped walnuts or pecans (optional). Unmistakably delicious!!!!!
