Guest guest Posted March 15, 2002 Report Share Posted March 15, 2002 Fruit Rolls Source: Lifestyle Menu Planner 1 cup pitted dates 1/4 cup dried apricots 1/4 cup dried figs 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, ground (in blender) Run dates, apricots and figs through food chopper. Add coconut and sunflwoer seeds and mix well. Roll into a log and roll lightly in almond meal or coconut. Or roll into balls and then in coconut or almond meal. Chill.
