Guest guest Posted March 13, 2002 Report Share Posted March 13, 2002 Marmalade Ambrosia Source: Food --- Health and Efficiency 1 lb. dried apricots 1 lb. dried prunes 1 lb. dried peaches or pears 1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple Honey (or alternative sweetener) Wash, if necessary, and soak the dried fruit overnight, using only enough water to soften the fruit. Cook the prunes in the water in which they were soaked. Remove pits. Put all the fruit through the food grinder. Add the crushed pineapple and enough strained honey (or alternative) to sweeten.
