Guest guest Posted March 13, 2002 Report Share Posted March 13, 2002 Brewers' Yeast Cup Source: Food Health and Efficiency 2 Tbsp. brewers' yeast flakes 1 tsp. soy sauce (wheat free if necessary) Pinch of salt 1 cup hot water Stir together in cup and serve. To serve as a bouillon, add a dot of butter the size of a pea. One tablespoon of brewers' yeast flakes supplies approximately 3 grams of protein and good amounts ofvitamin B. Brewers' yeast powder supplies abut twice as much per measure as do the flakes.
