Guest guest Posted March 3, 2002 Report Share Posted March 3, 2002 Potato Tots Source: Natural Lifestyle and Your Health 2 large baking potatoes 1 Tbsp. yeast flakes 2 Tbsp. flour 1/8 tsp. celery salt 1/8 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/16 tsp. paprika Cut potatoes into 3/4 inch cubes or wedge shapes. Toss or sprinkle with water or thin sesame butter. Combine remaining ingredients and stir lightly into the potatoes. Bake on a Pam-sprayed cookie sheet at 350° to 375° F. for 45 - 60 minutes until browned and crisp. Enjoy with catsup.
