Guest guest Posted March 4, 2002 Report Share Posted March 4, 2002 Hummus Tahini (Recipe #B) Source: SherryLee 1 can garbanzos or chick peas (reserve the broth) 1/2 cup tahini 2 to 3 cloves garlic 1/2 fresh lemon squeezed 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup Olive Oil Liquefy chick-peas, salt, garlic, and tahini with just enough broth to make the blender turn.
