Guest guest Posted March 4, 2002 Report Share Posted March 4, 2002 Hummus Tahini (Recipe #A) Source: SherryLee 2 cups cooked garbanzos 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1 clove garlic 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt Liquefy beans, salt, garlic, and seeds with enough broth to make the blender turn easily. Add Olive oil to taste and consistency, or eliminate the oil as desired.
