Braggs liquid aminos or soy sauce (wheat free if necessary) 3 packets G. Washington broth seasoning (may substitute) 1/4 cup diced onion 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley or flakes 1 1/2 cups diced celery 1 cup green peas, optional 1 cup whole corn, optional 1/4 cup Vegannaise 1/2 cup slivered almonds Lettuce Tomato roses Place diced tofu in a large mixing bowl; add Bragg's aminos and G. Washington seasoning; lightly toss. Gently combine peas, corn, onion, parsley and celery. Refrigerate overnight to enhance flavor. When ready to serve, add almonds and dressing.
