Guest guest Posted February 12, 2002 Report Share Posted February 12, 2002 Spinach Dip Source: Natural Lifestyle and Your Health 16 oz. frozen chopped spinach 1 cup chopped onions 1 cup chopped celery 1 4-oz. can water chestnuts, chopped 2 - 3 cups mock sour cream (posted previously; see archives) Herbs of your choice Thaw spinach and squeeze out all liquid possible. Place all vegetables into mixing bowl. In a separate bowl mix mock sour cream with seasonings. Let stand about 5 minutes. Then add to vegetable mixture. Stir until all is well-coated. Flavor improves as it sits. Keep in refrigerator. Delicious as a dip for crackers or raw vegetables.
