Guest guest Posted February 7, 2002 Report Share Posted February 7, 2002 Vegetable Crackers 1 cup sunflower seeds, soaked 6-8 hours and rinsed 1 cup pumpkin seeds, soaked 6-8 hours 2 carrots 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped 1 red onion, finely chopped 2 stalks celery, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic (optional) 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped 1 tablespoon Bragg Liquid Aminos (or Celtic sea salt) Process sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and carrots through a Champion Juicer using the solid plate. Add red bell peppers, red onion, celery, garlic, parsley, and Bragg. Form round crackers about 1 1/2 " in diameter and 1/4 " thick. Place on a dehydrator tray with a teflex sheet. Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 4 hours, flip crackers over, and remove teflex sheet. Continue dehydrating for 3 - 6 hours, or until desired crispness is obtained.
