Guest guest Posted February 6, 2002 Report Share Posted February 6, 2002 These are really good. They freeze well too. We eat them as burgers in bread or as patties with gravey. Quinoa-Nut patties 1 medium Potato 1 small onion 1/2 c. peacans or walnuts 4 Tbs. oil 1C. cooked quinoa flakes 1C. GF bread crumbs or crushed Rice thins (may take more crackers) 1tsp. salt 1/2 t. sage 2T. GF soy sauce ( I use yeast flakes instead) Peel potato and chop into small chunks in the blender along with the onion and nuts. Cook in frying pan along with 2Tbs. oil until potato is soft. Mix this ina bowl along with rest of ingredients. Use hands to form patties and fry in rest of oil. Browning on both sides. -- / Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
