Guest guest Posted February 5, 2002 Report Share Posted February 5, 2002 Confetti Bean Dip Source: Vegie-Mex This dip is so tasty you will want to serve it as a side dish. 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed 1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained and rinsed 2 large tomatoes, diced 1/4 cup diced onions 1 cucumber, peeled and diced 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour.
