Emes Kosher-Jel 1 cup water 3/4 cup frozen Cran-Raspberry juice concentrate 2 cups apples, peeled and diced 2 bananas 2 cups cranberries (frozen or fresh) Soak Emes in 1 cup boiling water in blender. Whiz in bananas and concentrate. Whiz cranberries until almost smooth or as desired. Pour into mold and stir in apples.
