Stack tortillas three-at-a-time and cut into wedge shapes. Arrange in single layer on cookie sheet. Bake on top rack of oven for approximately three minutes or until crisp. To avoid overbaking, check frequently and remove from oven at first signs of browning. Savory suggestion: For spicy Mexican-flavored chips, slightly moisten tortillas and sprinkle, before baking, with garlic salt, chili powder and ground cayenne pepper.
