Guest guest Posted January 9, 2002 Report Share Posted January 9, 2002 Soy-Quinoa Patties with Tomato Sauce Source: LaDonna 1 cup soaked soy beans 1/2 cup water 2 Tbsp. flake yeast or 1 Tbsp. powdered yeast 1 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 Tbsp. oil 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp. salt 2/3 cup quinoa flakes Combine all ingredients, except quinoa, in blender and chop. Place in bowl. Add quinoa flakes. Let stand 10 minutes. Drop from one-forth cup scoop on to oiled baking pan. Flatten patty with spatula. Bake at 350° F. for 10 minutes. Turn over.
