Guest guest Posted December 26, 2001 Report Share Posted December 26, 2001 Thai-Peanut Sauce Source: Five Loaves Cookbook 1/4 cup peanut butter 1 1/2 cups water 1/4 cup Bragg's Liquid Aminos or soy sauce 2 1/2 Tbsp. molasses 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch 2 tsp. lemon juice or tomato sauce Place all ingredients in blender and blend smooth. Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Serving tip: Serve with rice or quinoa and steamed vegetables. Makes 2 1/4 cups.
