Guest guest Posted December 24, 2001 Report Share Posted December 24, 2001 Silverhills Melty Cheese Source: Country Kitchen Collection 2 cups water 1/2 cup or 4 oz. pimento, canned 1/4 cup yeast flakes 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 3 Tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 cup cashews or almonds 1 - 2 Tbsp. lemon juice Blend smooth 1 cup of the water with the remaining ingredients. Add remaining water and blend. Cook until thick, 5 - 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Great for dip for chips or as sauce.
