Guest guest Posted December 16, 2001 Report Share Posted December 16, 2001 Grape Jam Source: Country Kitchen Collection 4 cups grape juice 2 cups washed currants 1/4 cup Minute tapioca Mix all ingredients. Let sit 15 minutes or longer. Bring to boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Cook until tapioca is clear. Chill and serve.
