Fruit Salad Delight

1 1/8 cups Emes flavored gelatin (vegan), choose desired flavor

1 1/2 cups boiling water

1 quart peaches

1 - 20 oz. can pineapple chunks or crushed pineapple

1 cup oranges, diced

 

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain juice of the fruit into 4 cup

measuring cup. Add enough cold water to juice to make total of 2 1/2 cups of

liquid. Add to dissolved jello. Cool and pour over fruit and refrigerate.
