Pear Tapioca

5 Tbsp. Minute tapioca

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 cup pear juice from canned pears

2 cups pineapple juice

5 pear halves, drained

 

Cook the tapioca with the juices until clear. Let cool five minutes. Pour

mixture into individual bowls. Chill. Place a pear half on top of each bowl of

pudding.
