Guest guest Posted December 19, 2001 Report Share Posted December 19, 2001 Sesame Fingers Source: Country Kitchen Collection 3 cups raw sesame seeds 1 1/2 cups fine coconut 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1/2 cup raisins, optional Mix seeds, coconut, nuts and raisins. Mix together remaining ingredients. Combine. Pat into greased pan 1/2 inch thick. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes or until nicely browned. Slice in fingers 3 inches long. Will stick together when cool.
