Emes unflavored gelatin (vegan) 1/4 cup cold water 1 cup boiling water 1 cup unsalted, hot, corn meal mush 1/4 cup cashews 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. lemon juice enough grated raw carrot for color Soak gelatin in the cold water for a few minutes in blender while assembling other ingredients. Pour the 1 cup of boiling water over gelatin, and whiz to dissolve. Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly until smooth as cream. Cool and refrigerate.
