Guest guest Posted December 16, 2001 Report Share Posted December 16, 2001 Cream Topping Source: Country Kitchen Collection 1 cup cooked rice (or millet), hot 1/3 cup cashews 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 cup chopped dates or 3 Tbsp. honey (or alternative) 1/4 tsp. salt 1 to 1 1/2 cups water or nut milk Blend all ingredients until creamy, adding just enough water or nut milk to blend smooth.
