Guest guest Posted December 16, 2001 Report Share Posted December 16, 2001 Coconut Cream Source: Country Kitchen Collection 2 cups water 2/3 cup coconut 1/4 cup cornstarch 2 Tbsp. honey, or more 1/4 tsp. salt Blend coconut and water for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and continue to blend. Stir over medium heat until thickened.
