Guest guest Posted December 16, 2001 Report Share Posted December 16, 2001 Strawberry Yogurt Source: Country Kitchen Collection 1 1/2 cups cold water 1/2 cup cashews 1/2 cup hot cooked rice (or millet) 1 cup frozen strawberries 1/4 cup soft dates 1/8 tsp. salt 1 tsp. lemon juice Whiz cashews and rice in 1 cup water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients to blender. Chill and serve.
