Guest guest Posted December 16, 2001 Report Share Posted December 16, 2001 Hommus Tahini Source: Country Kitchen Collection 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained 1/2 cup sesame seeds, lightly toasted and blended dry 1 clove garlic, optional 1/2 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. parsley, optional 3 Tbsp. lemon juice Blend all but parsley with just enough bean broth or water to blend smooth, about 1/2 cup.
